To ensure transparency and fairness, we charge a travel fee based on the location of your event or service request. This fee helps cover the cost of travel time, transportation, and any associated expenses.

Local Travel: For locations within [20] miles/km from our base, there will be a minimal fee of $50 to cover transportation.
Long-Distance Travel: For locations beyond [25] miles/km, travel fees will be based on distance, time, and any necessary accommodations or tolls. A detailed estimate will be provided upon request.
If your event or service request falls outside our usual service area, we will do our best to accommodate your needs while being upfront about any additional fees.
Note: Travel fees are applied in addition to the standard service fees and will be clearly outlined in your booking or project agreement.
